Troy Dualam has just completed the acquisition of key strategic assets of Plasticon Canada Ltd. Such assets include raw material inventory, semi-finished goods, molds & mandrel and all intangible assets.

This acquisition will strengthen Troy Dualam’s position in North American as a provider of quality FRP and Dualam fabricated equipment.
