    Entry-Level FRP Fabricator

    Troy Dualam Inc. is hiring two people in the first group as part of a phased plan to add up to five shop employees. No previous FRP experience is required. We are looking for dependable people who want to learn hands-on industrial fabrication.

    What you will learn

    Training is progressive and takes place on the job. As your skills develop, you will assist with and perform:

    • FRP laminating

    • Composite fabrication and assembly

    • Thermoplastic welding

    Work is performed under appropriate supervision as training progresses.

    Regular schedule

    • Monday–Thursday

    • 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

    • Fridays normally off

    • Friday overtime may be available

    Start at $23/hour. No experience needed—we train you on the job. As you develop and apply new shop skills, your pay can reach $25/hour within six months.
